Frequently asked questions
What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery all over Morocco within 1 to 5 working days, at the same rate in every city for parcels up to 30 kg — and free delivery from 3 000 dh of purchases. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight and is shown on the product page and in the basket. You are notified by SMS, then called by the courier.
Is the product new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine product, delivered in its original packaging with an invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document (1 year) with the manufacturer's after-sales service in Morocco.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, at the Casablanca store (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm · Sat 10am–2pm) or the Témara collection point (Mon–Thu 8.30am–6pm · Fri 8.30am–1.30pm / 2.30–6pm · Sat 8.30am–12.30pm). Payment on site: cash, bank card via terminal, certified cheque.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card online (secure Attijari Payment), cash on delivery, bank transfer and certified cheque. All our prices are in dirhams, VAT included.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name (with its ICE)?
Yes. Provide your company's legal name and ICE when ordering: the invoice is issued in its name and enclosed with the parcel (handed over with the order for in-store collection). Companies and public bodies can also request a quote — reply within 24 working hours.
Six 6 dBi antennas backed by amplifiers push the signal through to the most distant rooms. Up to 96 connected devices, parental controls from the app and a health mode that turns the lights off for the night.
•Up to 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 400 Mbps on 2.4 GHz
WPA3 encryption and an isolated guest network to host visitors without opening up your own network. Five foldable antennas, 4 Gigabit ports and up to 96 connected devices; parental controls cap each device's connection time and bandwidth.
•Up to 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 400 Mbps on 2.4 GHz
Five Gigabit ports and four external antennas to cover a whole home, wired as well as wireless. 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band, 400 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, WPA3 encryption and control from the Tether app.
Internet without a fixed line: a SIM card is enough to share 4G over Wi-Fi at home, on a worksite or in a shop. The LAN/WAN port also accepts a fibre or ADSL box, and the mobile app manages everything remotely.
A drive plugged into the USB 2.0 port becomes shared storage and a media server. MU-MIMO serves several devices at once, and the five Gigabit sockets hold the throughput over cable.
It can be set as a router, an access point or a range extender depending on what you are missing at home. 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, with parental controls and a guest network driven from the Tether app.
Four omnidirectional antennas cover distant rooms, with up to 96 devices connected at once. Parental controls, a health mode that turns the lights off at night and Reyee Mesh pairing to extend coverage, all from the app.
•Up to 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz
Everything runs through the five Gigabit sockets and the two bands: 2,402 Mbps on 5 GHz, a built-in VPN server and OneMesh networking to widen coverage later on.
To cover a small home on a budget: 4 antennas at 5 dBi, up to 64 connected devices and a guided set-up from the Mi Wi-Fi app, with parental controls and a guest network.
