Belle qualité de fabrication

L'installation s'est faite rapidement en suivant la notice explicative très explicite. Avec deux appareils branchés, il se révèle silencieux. Je suis donc ravi de mon matériel et conseille cet onduleur surtout pour protéger les appareils électrique informatique et multimédia.

Le mastodonte de l'onduleur

Rien à dire, c'est du APC, jamais eu de problème, toujours satisfait de leur produit (c'est mon 3ème). Les caractéristiques sont réalistes et les performances sont au rendez-vous.

Trés bon produit

Après montage le produit marche comme annoncé. Pendant l’état de marche, le produit fais un tout petit peu de bruit de transformateur électrique, surtout au début quand les batteries ne sont pas complètement remplis, mais le bruit est presque imperceptible après charge et après le cacher l’onduleur sous le bureau. Le logiciel qui accompagne ce produit marche sur Windows 10, et est très complet en termes de fonctionnalités et de statistiques de consommation. Je me considère satisfait.

Indispensable lors de coupures de courant

Non seulement indispensable lors de coupures de courant, mais fait aussi régulateur lors de variations dans le réseau 220v. Protège aussi les appareils téléphoniques par la même occasion. J'en ai 2, un pour les PC et un pour la télévision, ils tiennent facilement 45 minutes pour la TV, un peu moins pour les PC, cela dépend de la charge en watt à fournir.

Frequently asked questions

What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery all over Morocco within 1 to 5 working days, at the same rate in every city for parcels up to 30 kg — and free delivery from 3 000 dh of purchases. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight and is shown on the product page and in the basket. You are notified by SMS, then called by the courier.
Is the product new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine product, delivered in its original packaging with an invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document (2 years) with the manufacturer's after-sales service in Morocco.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, at the Casablanca store (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm · Sat 10am–2pm) or the Témara collection point (Mon–Fri 8.30am–1pm / 2–6pm · Sat 8.30am–12.30pm). Payment on site: cash, bank card via terminal, certified cheque.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card online (secure Attijari Payment), cash on delivery, bank transfer and certified cheque. All our prices are in dirhams, VAT included.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name (with its ICE)?
Yes. Provide your company's legal name and ICE when ordering: the invoice is issued in its name and enclosed with the parcel (handed over with the order for in-store collection). Companies and public bodies can also request a quote — reply within 24 working hours.
