Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which adapter comes with this Evolve2 55?
A pre-paired USB-C adapter for the computer: plug it in and the headset is recognised, with no setup. The phone stays paired alongside it, so you do not have to reconnect every time you switch.
Is the charging stand part of the kit?
Yes, this reference is supplied with its charging stand and a carrying case: the headset charges when you set it down, with no cable to plug in.
What battery life should you count on with this noise-cancelling headset?
10 h of talk time with ANC and the busylight switched on, up to 18 h of listening with both switched off. Go by the first figure: it is the one that reflects real workstation use.
How long does a full charge take?
2 hours, on the supplied stand or through the headset's USB port. That is the length of a morning: the headset is fully charged again for the afternoon.
How far can you move away from your desk with this headset?
Up to 30 m, with two devices connected at the same time: the computer for the meeting, the mobile for the incoming call. You switch from one to the other without reconnecting anything.
How does the microphone isolate your voice from office noise?
With two noise-cancelling microphones on the boom, which remove background noise to transmit a clear voice. Active noise cancellation, for its part, takes care of what you hear.
Is this headset also suitable for music?
Its 28 mm speakers and the AAC and SBC codecs point that way: AAC is the codec used by Apple devices and most music services.
At 130 g, does it stay comfortable all day?
The Jabra Air Comfort headband is designed to ease pressure on the ears, on a 130 g on-ear design described as comfortable all day long.
Is this Evolve2 55 USB-C new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its Jabra packaging, stand and case included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year. PeakStop and SafeTone hearing protection is built in.
