Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many devices does the base of this Savi 7420 connect?
Three: the computer, the desk phone and the smartphone. The base is universal and brings all three lines together on a single headset.
Can you hold a conference with several headsets?
Yes: up to four headsets can join a conference on a single base. That is what turns an individual workstation into a small set-up for training or call monitoring.
What real range can you expect inside a building?
Two figures for two situations: 180 m in open space and 55 m inside a building. The second is the one to go by on a partitioned office floor.
What is this headset's battery life and charging time?
13 hours of talk time and 52 hours on standby, with a full recharge in 2 hours. The charging base and its AC adapter are included.
Are conversations encrypted over this link?
Yes: DECT Security Level C, FIPS 140-2 compliance and 256-bit AES encryption. Three standards that add up, which matters in regulated professions.
Which cables come with this Savi 7420?
Three: USB-A, USB-C and EHS. The last is the electronic hook switch cable, which lets the headset answer a desk phone call without lifting the handset by hand.
What does the boom's Acoustic Fence technology bring?
It filters out background chatter around the microphone so the person you are talking to hears only your voice: pickup is concentrated on the area in front of the mouth and shuts out the rest of the office floor.
160 g: is it comfortable over a whole day?
The headset is on-ear with faux leather ear cushions and weighs a stated 160 g — a common weight for a stereo DECT headset, whose battery and radio electronics account for their share.
Is this POLY Savi 7420 Office new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Poly packaging, with charging base, AC adapter and cables included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this model, the 8L560AA.
