This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How does the Harman Kardon Luna produce its 40 W?
With a two-way system: a 48 x 90 mm woofer rated at 25 W RMS and a 20 mm tweeter at 15 W RMS. The frequency range covered is 60 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB), with a signal-to-noise ratio above 80 dB.
What battery life and charging time does the Luna offer?
Up to 12 hours of listening depending on volume and content, from a 17.28 Wh lithium-ion polymer battery (3.6 V / 4,800 mAh). A full recharge takes 2 hours 30 minutes at 5 V / 3 A, via the supplied 1.2 m USB-C cable.
Can the Luna's USB-C port be used to play files?
It is mainly for charging: USB playback is only available on the US version of the model, as the port is reserved for servicing on the other versions. So the music comes via Bluetooth, version 5.3.
What does the Harman Kardon Luna's IP67 rating cover?
The 6 indicates it is fully dust-tight and the 7 indicates protection against temporary immersion: an accidental drop in the pool or a sudden storm will not stop it. That is the level you would expect from a speaker that goes from the garden to the water's edge.
Can two phones stay connected to the Luna?
Yes: it accepts two mobile devices paired at the same time, so friends can take turns with their playlists without disconnecting anyone. Two Luna speakers can also be paired for stereo sound.
What materials is the Luna speaker made of?
A woven grille made of 100% recycled polyester, a frame made of 85% recycled plastic and a top panel made of 50% recycled anodised aluminium. The packaging is FSC-certified paper printed with soy ink.
How much space does the Luna take up, and what is in its box?
210 x 78 x 80 mm for 710 g — an elongated shape that fits in the hand. The box contains the speaker, a USB Type-C cable, the quick start guide and the warranty card with the safety instructions.
Can you leave the Luna in direct sunlight?
It is better to keep it in the shade: its maximum operating temperature is 45 °C. On an exposed terrace on a summer afternoon, that threshold is quickly reached, and a shady spot is enough to stay within the intended conditions.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
