Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What battery life does the JBL Tune 770NC offer depending on the mode?
44 hours with noise cancelling on, 70 hours without it. Go by the 44 hours, as that is how an ANC headphone is really used. And 5 minutes of charging gives back 3 hours of music.
Does the noise cancelling adjust to the environment?
Yes, it is adaptive: the headphones measure ambient noise and correct continuously instead of applying a fixed setting. Moving from a quiet office to a busy street happens without any action on your part.
What is the difference between Ambient Aware and TalkThru?
Ambient Aware lets outside sounds back in without stopping the music. TalkThru goes further: it lowers the music and brings voices forward for the length of a conversation, without taking the headphones off.
Can you listen with these headphones when the battery is flat?
Yes, a detachable jack cable comes with the headphones: listening continues without battery power, or on a device without Bluetooth. Being detachable, it can also be replaced if it ever fails.
Can the headphones stay connected to two devices?
Yes, the multipoint connection keeps the tablet and the phone paired together: you go from the film to an incoming call without any fiddling or re-pairing.
Do the ear cushions enclose the ear on this model?
Yes, they are over-ear headphones: the cushions surround the outer ear, which adds passive isolation to the active cancellation. They are soft, under a padded headband, for 232 g in total.
Can you adjust these headphones' equaliser?
Yes, in the JBL Headphones app, which gives access to the equaliser and the headphone settings. Your preferences are saved, without having to reopen the app every time you listen.
Does the purple Tune 770NC fold up for your bag?
Yes, it folds flat. With its 40 mm drivers and 232 g, it is a noise-cancelling headphone designed for the daily commute rather than for sitting on a desk.
Are the purple JBL Tune 770NC headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. The full measurements are given in the JBL datasheet.
