Frequently asked questions about this product

What battery life do the JBL Tune 670NC headphones offer, depending on the mode?
44 hours with noise cancelling switched on, 70 hours without it. Go by the 44 hours: that is the mode you really use noise-cancelling headphones in. And 5 minutes of charging give you 3 hours.
Does the noise cancelling adjust itself?
Yes, it is adaptive: the headphones measure ambient noise and correct continuously, instead of applying a fixed setting. Moving from an office to a busy street therefore requires no action on your part.
What is the difference between the Ambient Aware and TalkThru modes?
Ambient Aware lets outside sounds back in without cutting the music, so you can hear an announcement. TalkThru lowers the music and brings voices forward for the length of a conversation, without taking the headphones off.
Do these headphones sit on the ear or go around it?
They sit on it: this is an on-ear model weighing just 174 g, with soft ear cushions and a padded headband. Compact and light, but as the ear is not surrounded, passive isolation remains moderate.
Can you stay connected to the tablet and the phone?
Yes, multipoint keeps both paired at the same time: you switch from the film on the tablet to the call on your mobile without doing anything, and without re-pairing anything.
What does the VoiceAware feature do during a call?
It plays your own voice back into the headphones, so you don't talk too loudly without knowing it. With headphones that cut out ambient noise, you lose the natural feedback of your own voice: this feature restores it.
Can you listen to these headphones when the battery is flat?
Yes, a detachable jack cable is included: listening carries on without the battery, or on a device without Bluetooth. As the cable is detachable, it can also be replaced if it ever breaks.
Does the Tune 670NC fold up for carrying?
Yes, it folds flat. With its 174 g and 32 mm drivers, it has the format of noise-cancelling headphones designed for the everyday bag rather than the living room.
