1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Can the Urban Box 2 play without being connected to a phone?
Yes, in three ways: a USB flash drive or a microSD card up to 64 GB in MP3, FM radio with automatic scanning over 87.5 - 108 MHz and a built-in antenna, or a wired source on the 3.5 mm jack input. A shuffle mode lets you mix up the files.
What do the 10 W of the Energy Sistem Urban Box 2 deliver?
A true 2.0 stereo system: two 40 mm full-range drivers backed by dual passive radiators that support the bass, over a range of 100 Hz to 18 kHz. The format is aimed at close-range listening: bedroom, office, patio table.
How does the Urban Box 2 charge?
Through a micro USB port — not USB-C: keep the 50 cm cable supplied, or get a spare micro USB cable. The 1,200 mAh lithium-polymer battery fully charges in 3 hours and delivers 12 hours of music.
Which speakers can the Urban Box 2 be paired with in stereo?
With a second Urban Box 2 or with the brand's Speaker FS1 model: these are the two declared compatibilities for the True Wireless Stereo function. Each speaker then takes one channel, which doubles the sound output.
Can you answer a call with the Urban Box 2?
Yes: a built-in microphone with a sensitivity of -42 dB handles hands-free calls, and the HFP and HSP Bluetooth profiles needed for calls are supported. Your phone's voice assistant also remains accessible from the speaker.
What Bluetooth range can you expect from this speaker?
Up to 20 metres over Class 2 Bluetooth 5.0, with the SBC codec, which every Bluetooth device can use. The connection therefore works with any phone, tablet or computer, with no special settings.
What is in the Urban Box 2 box and how much does it weigh?
The speaker, a 3.5 mm audio cable, a USB cable, a wrist strap and the quick guide. It measures 160 x 68.8 x 68.8 mm and weighs 450 g, with a fabric covering that stands up to rubbing in a bag better than a bare shell.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. Remember to keep the micro USB cable supplied: it is this speaker's charging connector, less common today than USB-C.
