No. It comes with FreeDOS, without Windows: you will need to install an operating system and its licence, or a Linux distribution. The hardware is complete — large screen, backlit keyboard with numeric keypad — and ready for the operating system of your choice.

No. The 8 GB of LPDDR5-6400 is soldered to the motherboard: the configuration you buy is final. For office work and multimedia, 8 GB is enough; if you run many applications at the same time, you are better off choosing a version with more memory from the outset.
