This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Is the power adapter included with the 13-inch MacBook Air M4?
Yes, and this sets this reference apart: the box contains the USB-C charging cable and the 30 W power adapter. Several recent MacBooks come with only the cable — here, the machine is ready to use straight out of the box, with nothing extra to buy.
Is 256 GB of storage enough on the 13-inch MacBook Air M4?
That is the question to settle before buying: a MacBook's storage is fixed at the factory and cannot be expanded. 256 GB is fine for office work, the web and a light photo library with iCloud; for video or large projects, an external drive will soon become necessary.
How good is the Apple M4 chip in the 13-inch MacBook Air?

Up to 18 hours of video playback — that is the figure measured by Apple, not to be confused with a real working day, where web browsing and video calls use more power. Fast charging then brings it back to 50% in 30 minutes.
What difference does the MagSafe 3 port make on the 13-inch MacBook Air M4?
It charges through a magnetic connector that comes away if someone trips over the cable, instead of dragging the machine to the floor. Above all, it frees up both Thunderbolt 4 ports, available for an external display and a fast drive while the computer charges.
Do the MacBook Air M4 microphones isolate your voice in meetings?
Yes: the three beamforming microphones have two dedicated modes, Voice Isolation, which filters out ambient noise, and Wide Spectrum, which on the contrary captures the full ambience of the room. Four speakers with spatial audio complete the setup.
Can the 13-inch MacBook Air M4 be unlocked with a fingerprint?
