This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What is the real power output of the JBL PartyBox Club 120?
160 W RMS, with a rated frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB): the bass goes low enough to carry an outdoor party. AI Sound Boost processing continuously analyses the signal to hold the level without letting distortion creep in.
How long does a charge last on the PartyBox Club 120?
Up to 12 hours of playback, and a full recharge takes 3.5 hours. If you have to leave in a hurry, 10 minutes of charging gives 80 minutes of extra music — enough to last through drinks or a journey.
Is the JBL PartyBox Club 120's battery replaceable?
Yes: the lithium-ion battery can be swapped to start another twelve hours of music without waiting for a recharge. It is sold separately — it is the accessory to plan for if you host parties that last longer than one charge.
Can you sing and play an instrument through the PartyBox Club 120?
Yes. It has microphone and guitar inputs, along with a karaoke equaliser setting that brings the voice forward. A 3.5 mm jack input completes the set-up for connecting a wired source when Bluetooth is not enough.
Can two phones stay connected to this speaker at the same time?
Yes, thanks to multipoint connection: two devices stay paired simultaneously and either one can take control of the music. At a party, this saves disconnecting and pairing again every time a guest wants to play their track.
What does the JBL PartyBox Club 120's IPX4 rating cover?
Splashes and light rain, from any direction: using it by a pool or in a passing shower is not a problem. The X indicates that dust resistance is not rated, and immersion remains ruled out.
Can several PartyBox Club 120 speakers be linked together?
Yes: two units pair in stereo to widen the soundstage, and several JBL Auracast-compatible speakers link up wirelessly for large gatherings. Everything is then controlled from the JBL PartyBox app.
What is the JBL PartyBox app for with this speaker?
It adds interactive sound effects, adjusts the equalisation and customises the colours and patterns of the light show, all remotely. You stay in control of the atmosphere without going back to the speaker between tracks.
Is the PartyBox Club 120 easy to carry?
It is carried by hand: a folding handle and a body designed for even weight distribution. It weighs 11.05 kg net and measures 28.8 x 57 x 29.7 cm — and 14.1 kg with its packaging. A size that fits in a car boot and moves from one room to the garden, with two hands.
What can be connected by cable to the PartyBox Club 120?
An analogue source on the 3.5 mm jack input: a player, console, computer or mixing desk without Bluetooth can all be plugged in there. The microphone and guitar inputs remain available at the same time, so you can keep a music source connected while you sing.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. A point that matters in the long run: its battery is replaceable, so the speaker is not written off the day that battery weakens — the replacement pack is ordered separately.
