This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Is Windows preinstalled on this Dell Pro 14 PC14250?
No. This reference ships with FreeDOS, so without Windows: on first start-up, you get a command-line environment. Plan for your own operating system and its licence, or a Linux distribution. The hardware itself is complete and ready to use.
What battery life is claimed for this Dell Pro 14 PC14250?
Up to 10.3 hours. That is consistent with a U-series processor, Intel's low-power family, designed for battery life and quiet operation rather than raw power. A working day at the office can therefore be done without the charger in most cases.
Can an external monitor be connected to this Dell Pro 14 without an adapter?
Yes. The chassis offers an HDMI 2.1 output and a 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 4 port that carries DisplayPort 2.1 and Power Delivery. On top of that come a 10 Gb/s USB-C port and two USB-A ports, one of them with PowerShare to power a peripheral.
Can this Dell Pro 14 handle the demands of travel?
It is tested to MIL-STD military standards, a battery of tests covering shock, vibration and temperature extremes. That is what sets a business machine built to travel apart from a laptop meant to stay on a desk.
