This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Dell 15 come with Windows?
No. It ships with FreeDOS, so without Windows: when you first start it up, no Windows desktop appears. You need to install an operating system, and buy a Windows licence separately if that is the one you want. It is a sensible choice if you already have a licence or prefer a Linux distribution.
Is the keyboard French AZERTY, and does it have a numeric keypad?
Yes, a French AZERTY keyboard: the accented keys are where you expect them from day one. The 15.6-inch format leaves room for a spacious keyboard with a separate numeric keypad and a shortcut key that opens the calculator directly — handy for accounting entries and spreadsheets.
Is the 15.6-inch screen a touchscreen?
No, the panel is not touch-enabled: it is a standard 15.6-inch Full HD 1920 × 1080 screen, operated with the keyboard and touchpad. The Dell ComfortView software reduces blue light emissions for extended viewing, useful if you spend hour after hour on documents.
Can you play games or edit video on this laptop?
No, there is no dedicated graphics card: display is handled by the integrated Intel UHD graphics. The 13th-generation Core i5-1334U and its 10 cores make up a low-power chip built for office work, web browsing, video conferencing and multitasking — not for recent 3D games or heavy video editing.
Is the battery removable, and what is the PC charged with?
The 3-cell 41 Wh battery is built into the chassis: it does not clip out, and replacing it means opening up the laptop. Charging is done with the 65 W AC adapter, via the dedicated power jack on the left side, and the Dell 15 range supports ExpressCharge: 80% charge in one hour.
What ports does this Dell 15 have, and is there an SD card reader?
Yes, there is an SD card reader — handy for offloading a camera without an adapter. It sits on the right side with a USB 2.0 port and the headphone jack. The left side groups the power jack, an HDMI 1.4 port for an external monitor, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port and a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port.
Is the webcam good enough for video conferencing, and does it protect my privacy?
Yes: a Full HD webcam with a mechanical shutter, a cover that physically blocks the lens when you are not using it — more reliable than a software indicator light. Two built-in microphones and AI noise reduction clean up the audio during calls, even in a busy office.
Is this Dell 15 an AI PC?
No, this model has no built-in AI. It runs on a 13th-generation Core i5-1334U, a low-power 10-core chip that is very comfortable with office work and multitasking, but is not designed for on-device AI processing.
Can a 15.6-inch laptop like this be carried around every day?
Expect 1.90 kg for 358.5 mm in width, about 235 mm in depth and under 19 mm in thickness: it fits in a standard 15.6-inch laptop bag. Add its 65 W AC adapter, which slips into the same bag.
Does it stay comfortable after several hours on your lap?
Its adaptive thermal management adjusts performance and cooling depending on whether the machine is on a desk or on your lap. The lift hinges raise the back of the keyboard to give an ergonomic typing angle and ease the strain on your wrists during long typing sessions.
