This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What is the Copilot key on the HP 125 G2 keyboard for?
It opens the Windows artificial intelligence assistant directly, without a key combination or a taskbar shortcut. This is the main new feature of this G2 generation compared with the original HP 125, which does not have one.
How much recycled plastic does the HP 125 G2 contain?
At least 75% plastic from recycled materials, and the circuit board is low-halogen. That is well above the 50% of the previous generation: a selling point in a tender with environmental criteria.
What indicator lights does the HP 125 G2 have?
Two: Caps Lock and Num Lock. They prevent typing a whole line in capitals or numbers that do not come out — the two most common slip-ups on a full-size keyboard.
Does the HP 125 G2 have a numeric keypad and a tilt foot?
Yes to both. It is a full three-zone keyboard, numeric keypad included, with an adjustable foot from 0 to 6 degrees to raise the back and ease the strain on your wrist over a long day of typing.
Do you need to install anything to use the HP 125 G2?
No, the connection is USB Plug and Play: you plug it in, the system recognises the keyboard, and you type. No batteries either, as power comes through the cable.
Can the HP 125 G2 keyboard be disinfected every day?
Yes, it was designed for that. Daily cleaning with disinfectant wipes damages neither the keys nor their markings — which matters on a workstation shared by several users.
Is the HP 125 G2 keyboard new, AZERTY and under warranty?
New, reference AY2Y7AA, with a French AZERTY layout, in original HP packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet lists all the specifications.
