Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long does the JBL Clip 4 play on a single charge?
Up to 10 hours depending on volume, from a 3.885 Wh battery (3.7 V / 1,050 mAh), recharged in 3 hours. Enough to cover a day of hiking or a whole evening.
What does a 5 W, 239-gram speaker deliver?
Sound covering 100 Hz to 20 kHz, tuned for close listening: shower, tent, handlebars, a corner of the desk. The volume accompanies an activity without claiming to fill a garden with sound.
Is the Clip 4 carabiner removable?
No, it is built into the body: it forms a continuous ring with the body of the speaker. Nothing to fit, nothing to lose — the speaker clips straight onto a bag, a belt or handlebars.
Can the JBL Clip 4 handle sand and water?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: the 6 stands for full protection against dust, and therefore sand, and the 7 for temporary immersion. The beach, the pool or a campsite are all within its scope of use.
What is the JBL Clip 4 made of?
It has a fabric covering, which stands up to rubbing in a bag and to sand better than a bare plastic shell. The wireless connection is via Bluetooth 5.1, at a transmit power of 10 dBm or less.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. The full manufacturer document is available as a PDF: JBL Clip 4 datasheet.
