How does the JBL PartyBox 110 produce its 160 W?
With two 154.6 mm woofers and two 55 mm tweeters, over a 45 Hz to 20 kHz range (-6 dB) and with a signal-to-noise ratio above 80 dB. The bass goes deep for a speaker of this size.
Does the PartyBox 110 offer a bass adjustment?
Yes, two levels of bass boost, adjustable directly on the speaker. This lets you adapt the sound to the venue: more bass outdoors where sound disperses, a more restrained setting in a closed room.
What battery life and charging time does the PartyBox 110 offer?
Up to 12 hours on its built-in battery, a 36 Wh lithium-ion polymer unit, with a full recharge in 3 h 30. It also runs plugged in, on 100-240 V mains power, via a 2 m cord.
Can you sing or play an instrument through the PartyBox 110?
Yes: it has microphone and guitar inputs. You can plug in a microphone to host a party or karaoke, or a guitar, with the speaker then acting as a small PA system.
Does the speaker play a USB flash drive directly?
Yes: a drive formatted in FAT16 or FAT32 is read directly, in MP3, WMA and WAV formats. The port also provides a charging output of up to 5 V / 2.1 A to top up a phone.
What does the IPX4 rating of the PartyBox 110 cover?
Water splashes from all directions: a party on the beach or by a swimming pool is not a problem. The X indicates that dust resistance has not been rated, and immersion remains excluded.
Can two PartyBox 110 speakers be linked?
Yes, by cable or wirelessly — both options are provided to widen the soundstage or cover a larger space. The JBL PartyBox app also handles the settings and light effects.
How do you move the 10.84 kg PartyBox 110?
With both hands: it measures 295 x 568 x 300 mm and weighs 10.84 kg. It stands on the floor like a column or on a sturdy table, and fits easily in a car boot.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
