This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What do the 100 W of the JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2 amount to?
100 W RMS measured to IEC 60268, produced by a 135 mm woofer and two 20 mm silk dome tweeters, over a range of 40 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB). The signal-to-noise ratio is above 80 dB, and AI Sound Boost keeps distortion in check at high volume.
How long does the PartyBox Encore Essential 2 play on battery?
Up to 15 hours, depending on the volume and the content played, on a 34 Wh lithium-ion battery (7.4 V / 4,722 mAh). A full recharge takes less than 3.5 hours, with the speaker switched off, using the 2 m power cord supplied.
Can you sing karaoke on the PartyBox Encore Essential 2?
Yes: it has a microphone input and a guitar input, with a karaoke EQ setting and a light show that follows the beat. Input sensitivity is 20 mV RMS for the microphone and 100 mV RMS for the guitar — a standard dynamic microphone plugs straight in.
Does the speaker's USB port play music files from a flash drive?
Its USB-C output is mainly for charging a device, up to 11 V / 2 A, with the speaker switched off. Playing files from a flash drive, however, is not supported on models intended for the EMEA region, which includes the Moroccan market: music comes in via Bluetooth or the jack input.
Can you take it out onto the terrace without worrying about splashes?
Yes, it is rated IPX4: a spilt glass, splashes from the pool or light rain will not stop it. The X means that dust resistance has not been rated, and this rating covers no immersion.
How much does the JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2 weigh, and can one person carry it?
6.2 kg for 319.5 x 342 x 260.4 mm, with a built-in handle on top: it can be carried in one hand, from one room to another or to the car boot. Packed, it reaches 8.25 kg in a 400 x 365 x 350 mm box.
Can two PartyBox Encore Essential 2 speakers be paired?
Yes: two units pair in true stereo via Auracast, and other compatible JBL speakers can join the wireless playback. The Bluetooth TMAP and PBP profiles, present on this version 5.4, are what support this feature.
Do you need to stay near the speaker to change the lighting atmosphere?
No. The JBL PartyBox app controls the playlist, the sound effects, the EQ and the choice of light show remotely — patterns and strobes included. The speaker stays where it sounds best.
What is in the box of the PartyBox Encore Essential 2?
The speaker, a 2 m power cord (100-240 V, with the plug varying by region), the quick start guide and the warranty and safety card. A microphone and an instrument then connect to the inputs provided, depending on the equipment you have.
