1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What battery life does the Energy Sistem Sunrise offer?
Up to 18 hours of playback, enough to cover a full day from morning to evening without recharging. The USB Type-C cable needed for charging is included in the box.
What does the Sunrise's IPX6 rating protect against?
Water jets from any direction: heavy rain, splashes from the pool, sea spray. The X indicates that dust resistance was not rated by this test, and immersion is not covered.
Can the Sunrise play music without a phone?
Yes, it plays MP3 files from a microSD card. That is the answer when the phone's battery is flat or when you would rather keep the phone safe, at the beach as well as on a hike.
Can you double the sound with a second Sunrise speaker?
Yes, True Wireless Stereo technology synchronises two speakers: each one takes a channel, and the sound output doubles. The connection to the phone uses Bluetooth 5.3, a version that focuses on signal stability.
Can you answer a call with this speaker?
Yes: the hands-free function switches the call to the speaker, and the phone's voice assistant remains accessible from it — so you can start a track or make a call without taking out your phone.
What do 10 W amount to on the Energy Sistem Sunrise?
An output tuned for close-range listening: bedroom, bathroom, a spot on the beach or a camping table. Pairing two speakers in stereo doubles this output — that is the intended way to go further without changing model.
What is the Sunrise speaker made of?
