Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is Windows preinstalled on the Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250?
No: the machine boots into FreeDOS, without Windows. You therefore need to plan for a Windows 11 licence and an installation drive, or opt for a Linux distribution. The hardware remains fully compatible; only the operating system is not supplied.
What does the U in the Dell Pro 15 Essential's Core i7-1355U processor mean?
The U suffix denotes low-power mobile chips, which prioritise battery life and quiet operation over raw power. This one is a 13th-generation chip with 10 cores, boosting up to 5.0 GHz: office work, large spreadsheets and video calls run effortlessly.
Can the Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250 withstand the knocks of travel?
Its compact chassis meets MIL-STD standards, the series of military tests covering shock, vibration and temperature. This validation goes beyond the usual reliability checks and is rarely found on an entry-level business laptop.
Is the Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250 equipped for video conferencing?
It has a webcam with a physical privacy shutter, and built-in microphones with AI-assisted noise reduction that filters out background noise to keep only your voice. Dell ComfortView technology also limits the blue light emitted by the screen.
What Wi-Fi does the Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250 have?
A Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi 6, 2x2 card with MU-MIMO and Bluetooth. MU-MIMO lets the router communicate with several devices at the same time rather than one after another, which makes a difference in an office where a dozen workstations share the same access point.
Is the display on the Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250 a touchscreen?
No, it is a 15.6-inch Full HD non-touch panel. The large format remains its main strength: it can show two documents side by side without zooming, which matters more day to day than a touch function rarely used on an office workstation.
Does the Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250 have an AI accelerator?
No, this configuration has no dedicated neural processing unit: the Core i7-1355U relies on its ten conventional cores. Online AI services of course remain accessible; it is accelerated local processing that would require a machine with an NPU.
Is this Dell Pro 15 Essential new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed, with a 1-year warranty covering parts and labour; the invoice serves as the warranty document. The keyboard is French AZERTY, and storage is a 512 GB SSD — plan for a USB installation drive to install the operating system.
