This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What is the difference between the SRH840A and tracking headphones?
It is optimised for critical listening and studio monitoring — mixing and mastering — rather than simply for recording. Its response is described as accurate and balanced, with rich bass, clear mids and extended highs.
What does matched drivers mean?
That the two 40 mm drivers have been selected in pairs so that they behave the same way on the left and on the right. On mixing headphones this is crucial: any difference between the two channels would distort every panning judgement.
Does the SRH840A cable stay in place during a session?
Yes, it is locking: it attaches firmly to the ear cup and does not come unplugged with a careless movement. It is nonetheless detachable, and therefore replaceable — and an extra straight cable comes with the headphones.
What is in the box of the Shure SRH840A?
