1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the microphone supplied with the JBL PartyBox Encore 2?
Yes: a wireless digital microphone and its holder are included in the box. Karaoke is therefore ready to go as soon as you unpack it, with dedicated echo, bass and treble settings for the voice.
Can you plug a guitar into the PartyBox Encore 2?
Yes, and the input is equipped for it: it has its own pre-gain and volume dial, so you can adjust the instrument's level without touching the music's. The input sensitivity is 100 mV RMS.
What do the 100 W of the JBL PartyBox Encore 2 amount to?
100 W RMS to IEC 60268, produced by a 135 mm woofer and two 25 mm dome tweeters, over a range of 40 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB). The signal-to-noise ratio exceeds 80 dB, and AI Sound Boost limits distortion at high volume.
What battery life and charging time does the PartyBox Encore 2 offer?
Up to 15 hours of playback on one charge, with a full recharge in less than 3.5 hours. In a hurry? 10 minutes of charging gives you 80 minutes of music, enough to last through an aperitif.
Is the PartyBox Encore 2's battery replaceable?
Yes: it is a JBL Battery 200 lithium-ion pack (7.4 V / 4,722 mAh) that you swap out to restart the music without waiting for a recharge. The spare battery is sold separately.
Does the speaker's USB port play music files from a flash drive?
It serves as a charging output, up to 11 V / 2 A, with the speaker switched off. Playing files from a flash drive is not supported on models intended for the EMEA region, which covers the Moroccan market: music comes in via Bluetooth, the 3.5 mm jack input or the USB-C port.
Can you take the PartyBox Encore 2 out by a swimming pool?
Yes, it is rated IPX4: a spilled glass, splashes and light rain will not stop it, whatever the angle. The X indicates that dust resistance has not been rated, and the rating does not cover any immersion.
How do you carry the JBL PartyBox Encore 2?
By its soft handle, built into a body designed for balance. Allow for 6.4 kg and 32 x 33.9 x 26.3 cm: it can be carried one-handed over short distances, from a flat to a terrace or to the car boot.
Can you pair two PartyBox Encore 2 speakers?
Yes: two units pair in true stereo via Auracast, and other compatible JBL speakers can join the wireless stream. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.4, with the TMAP and PBP profiles that carry this function.
What is in the box of the PartyBox Encore 2?
The speaker, the wireless microphone, its holder, a 2 m power cord (100-240 V, plug type depending on region), the quick start guide and the warranty and safety card.
