2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Do the M.2 slots replace the hard drive bays on the F4-425 Plus?
No, they come in addition to the 4 bays: they serve as an SSD cache to speed up the hard drives, or as a separate NVMe RAID volume (up to 8 TB per module) for the data that needs the most speed.
