2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

How does the F4 SSD differ from other TerraMaster NAS units?
It has no bay for mechanical hard drives: its 4 slots are exclusively M.2 NVMe, for a 100% flash NAS that is silent and vibration-free.
Does the F4 SSD include SSDs?
No, the 4 M.2 NVMe modules are chosen and ordered separately, up to 8 TB per module.
What network throughput does the F4 SSD offer?
One 5 GbE Ethernet port, in line with the high speeds that 100% NVMe SSD storage makes possible.
What configuration does the F4 SSD have?
An Intel N95 processor clocked at up to 3.4 GHz with 8 GB of DDR5 memory, expandable up to 32 GB.
