1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Canon i-SENSYS MF3010 printer print in colour?
No, it is a monochrome laser multifunction printer (black and white only). It performs three functions: printing, copying and scanning.
Does the Canon MF3010 print double-sided automatically?
No, duplex printing is manual: you have to turn the sheets over yourself.
How many toners are supplied, and for how many pages?
It comes with a starter cartridge (~700 pages) plus 2 additional 725 toners (each ~1,600 pages according to the ISO standard). Enough to print for a long time without buying more supplies.
Can it be connected over Wi-Fi or to an Ethernet network?
No. It connects via USB 2.0 only; there is no Wi-Fi and no Ethernet port.
Does the scanner have an automatic document feeder?
No, it is a flatbed scanner (on the glass), with no automatic document feeder. Scanning is in colour, at up to 600 x 600 dpi optical.
Can you print on envelopes or on sizes other than A4?
Yes: A4, B5, A5, Executive, envelopes (COM10, Monarch, DL, C5...) and custom sizes. Accepted paper weight: 60 to 163 g/m².
Is the Canon MF3010 compatible with Windows 11 and Mac?
Yes for Windows 11/10/8.1 and recent Server versions. On the Mac side, it is compatible with the older Mac OS X 10.4.9 to 10.7.x versions; under Linux, it supports printing only.
Is it fast and energy-efficient?
A speed of 18 ppm, with a fast first print (~7.8 s from sleep mode). Power consumption of about 450 W in operation and only 1.4 W in sleep mode (~0.6 kWh in typical use).
Can it copy ID cards?
Yes, it offers ID card copy and 2-on-1, up to 9 copies, with reduction/enlargement from 50 to 200%.
Is this Canon printer new and under warranty?
Yes, a new and genuine product, 1-year warranty (the invoice serves as the warranty document). Details in the datasheet (PDF).
