This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What can the HP LaserJet Pro 3103fdn printer do?
It is an A4 4-in-1 monochrome (black and white) laser multifunction printer: it prints, copies, scans and sends faxes. It is designed for the office, with a fast pace of 33 pages/min and a 2.7-inch touchscreen.
Does the HP LaserJet Pro 3103fdn do automatic duplex printing?
Yes. Automatic duplex printing is built in as standard (it is even enabled by default), which halves your paper consumption with no handling.
Does it connect via Wi-Fi or only over a wired network?
It connects via Ethernet 10/100 and Hi-Speed USB. There is no Wi-Fi: make sure you have a network or USB cable. Mobile printing remains possible via HP Smart, Apple AirPrint and Mopria once the printer is on your network.
Is a USB cable supplied with the printer?
No, the USB cable is not included in the box. If you do not connect it via Ethernet, you will need to get a USB cable separately.
Which toner does the 3103fdn use, and how many pages does it print?
It uses the HP LaserJet 145A (W1450A, ~1,700 pages) black toner or the high-yield 145X (W1450X, ~3,800 pages). A starter toner of about 1,000 pages is already installed on delivery.
Can I use compatible non-HP toners in this printer?
It is not recommended: the printer features dynamic security, designed to accept only cartridges with a new or reused HP chip. Non-HP chips may be blocked, including after a firmware update.
Does the automatic document feeder scan both sides (duplex)?
No. The 50-sheet automatic feeder lets you copy and scan stacks of documents, but duplex scanning via the feeder is not supported: only the side facing up is captured.
Which file formats can I scan to?
Scanning produces PDF, PDF/A, JPG, TIFF and XPS files. The resolution reaches 300 dpi via the feeder and up to 1,200 dpi on the flatbed glass.
How much electricity does the HP LaserJet Pro 3103fdn use?
It uses about 436 W when actively printing, 4.5 W in standby (ready) and a mere 0.06 W when off. The declared typical consumption (Blue Angel) is 0.402 kWh per week.
Can it print on envelopes or sizes other than A4?
Yes. It accepts A4, A5, A6, B5 sizes, postcards and many envelopes (C5, C6, DL, etc.), with a paper weight of 60 to 163 g/m². The tray holds up to 250 sheets or 10 envelopes.
How many users and what monthly volume is it designed for?
It is optimised for small teams of up to 7 users, with a recommended monthly volume of 350 to 2,500 pages (maximum duty cycle of 50,000 pages). Ideal for intensive office use.
Is the printer new and under warranty?
