This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What can the HP LaserJet Pro 3103fdw printer do?
It is a 4-in-1 multifunction printer: printing, copying, scanning and faxing, in black and white, at up to 33 pages/minute.
Does it print double-sided automatically?
Yes, automatic duplex is standard for printing (enabled by default to reduce paper use).
Does the automatic feeder scan double-sided?
The automatic document feeder (50 sheets) scans single-sided only: automatic double-sided scanning through the feeder is not supported.
Does the 3103fdw accept non-HP cartridges?
No: it has dynamic security, which blocks cartridges with non-HP chips. It uses 145A (~1,700 pages) or 145X (~3,800 pages) toners.
How does the printer connect, and is the USB cable supplied?
Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz), 10/100 Ethernet and USB 2.0. The USB cable is not supplied and must be bought separately.
Does it have a touchscreen?
Yes, a 2.7-inch touchscreen for easy operation.
Which formats can you scan to?
JPG, TIFF, XPS, PDF and PDF/A. Optical resolution of up to 1,200 dpi on the flatbed and 300 dpi through the automatic document feeder.
