Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Logitech H570e cord tangle?
It is flat and tangle-free, at 1.9 m long: that is the finish that avoids a knot at the bottom of the drawer, and often what decides the real lifespan of an office headset.
Can the mic boom be put away when you are not on a call?
Yes, it is foldable, and its noise-cancelling microphone operates over 100 Hz to 18 kHz. Folded away, it lets the headset be used simply for listening.
Can you answer calls and mute the microphone from the cord?
Yes, the control unit is built in: you can answer, end calls, mute the microphone and adjust the volume without leaving the meeting software window.
111 g: is it comfortable for long hours on the phone?
The headband is padded with metal reinforcement and the ear cups are on-ear, in faux leather: the reinforcement holds its shape over time, the padding absorbs the hours. The headset weighs a stated 111 g.
Is this headset also suitable for listening between calls?
Its speakers cover 31.5 Hz to 20 kHz — a wide range for a calling headset — with digital signal processing that refines the voice. It remains designed above all for phone calls.
Do you need to install software to use the H570e?
No, the USB-A connection plugs directly into a PC or Mac and the headset is recognised as an audio device, with no prior installation or setup.
Is this Logitech H570e new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Logitech packaging. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year for this model, the 981-000575.
