Frequently asked questions about this product
Does the Logitech Zone Wired work on a computer without USB-C?
Yes, a USB-A to USB-C adapter is supplied with the USB-C cable: the headset connects to any computer running Windows, macOS or ChromeOS.
How many microphones does this headset's boom carry?
Two, on a foldable boom: they pick up your voice and reduce background noise across the 100 Hz – 16 kHz range, wider than that of a typical calling microphone.
Can you answer calls and mute the microphone from the headset?
Yes, the control unit is built in: answering and ending calls, play and pause, mute and volume are all handled directly, without going back to the meeting window.
Is this headset also suitable for listening to music?
Its 40 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 16 kHz in music mode, with 32 ohm impedance. Logitech explicitly positions it for calls and music.
211 g: is it comfortable for a full day of meetings?
The headset is on-ear: the ear cushions rest on the ear rather than around it, and it weighs a stated 211 g. A carrying case is supplied for travelling.
How long is the Zone Wired cable?
1.9 m, enough to stand up and stretch during a call, even with a desktop tower on the floor.
Is this headset designed for business meeting tools?
Yes, Logitech describes it as optimised for unified communications: it is intended for business meeting platforms rather than a single application.
Is this Logitech Zone Wired new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Logitech packaging, adapter and case included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year for this model, the 981-000875.

Built to last in a contact centre: Kevlar-reinforced cord and a boom arm that rotates 360° without risk of breaking. The connector unclips in one move when you leave your desk.
The red light comes on as soon as you are on a call: your colleagues know not to interrupt you. Unidirectional boom microphone that folds up when not in use, and a 3.5 mm jack to connect a phone or tablet too.

Built for heavy contact-centre use: Kevlar-reinforced cord, a 360° rotating boom arm that will not break and an Air Shock noise-cancelling microphone. A control unit handles volume, mute and calls.

•Built-in control unit: answer, mute the mic, adjust the volume
Wired business headset with HD sound: the noise-cancelling mic on a boom rotating through 270° keeps the hubbub out, and the dynamic equaliser switches by itself between calls and multimedia. Call and volume controls on the cord.
•Two earpieces - you shut out the hubbub
•Noise-cancelling mic on a flexible boom rotating through 270°
Wired stereo headset for contact centres and offices, in a UC version certified for Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco and Unify: three MEMS microphones, Busylight indicator and a Link control unit that plugs into USB-C or USB-A.
Microsoft Teams certified, for calls and concentration in an open-plan office: noise-cancelling microphone, leatherette ear cushions that damp the background noise and an in-line controller for volume, calls and mute.
Plugged into a USB port, it works with no driver to install. The microphone boom swivels through 270° to move from one ear to the other, and the in-line remote sets the volume and mutes the microphone.
For video meetings and everyday calls, in stereo: a noise-cancelling microphone on a swivelling boom that folds away when not in use, and volume and mute controls right on the cable. Nothing to install.
The red light comes on as soon as you are on a call: your colleagues know not to interrupt you. Unidirectional boom microphone that folds up when not in use, and a 3.5 mm jack to connect a phone or tablet too.
Join the meeting with one press of the dedicated button. The noise-cancelling swivel boom filters out background noise, both earcups shut it out, and there is nothing to install.
Volume and mute are set straight on the cable, with an indicator light as a reminder that the mic is off. Padded leatherette earpads and 2.4 m of cable to stand up during a call.
Light, with swivelling foam earpads and an adjustable headband: it can be worn for hours through online meetings. The swivelling noise-cancelling mic tucks into the headband once the call is over.
Up to 35 h of conversation and 30 m of range. Three microphones isolate your voice from office noise, the oval memory foam cushions filter out what surrounds you, and the busy indicator stays visible from every angle.
