Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can more memory be added to this HP EliteBook 860 G10?
Yes, without removing anything. The 8 GB is fitted on a single module of DDR5-5200, in a chassis that has two user-accessible slots and accepts up to 64 GB. A second module therefore complements the one already in place and enables dual-channel mode.
Is the 256 GB SSD in this HP EliteBook 860 G10 enough?
For an office computer, yes: the operating system and work software fit easily. If you store photos, videos or virtual machines, however, plan on an external drive or online storage — it is the most limited capacity in this configuration.
Is the display on this HP EliteBook 860 G10 suitable for colour work?
Yes: the 16-inch IPS panel covers 100% of the sRGB colour space and reaches 400 nits, at 1920 × 1200 in 16:10 format. It is anti-glare, which makes it usable near a window without distracting reflections.
Does this HP EliteBook 860 G10 have a smart card reader?
Yes, a smart card reader is built in — a feature specific to business computers, used for strong authentication or electronic signatures. There are also two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports and an HDMI 2.0 output.
How do you unlock this HP EliteBook 860 G10?
In two ways: with the fingerprint sensor, or by face using the infrared webcam compatible with Windows Hello. The machine also includes HP's security suite, from the BIOS to the browser, with secure data erasure.
How good is the Core i7-1355U in this HP EliteBook 860 G10?
The U suffix denotes Intel's low-power variant, chosen for battery life and quiet operation. This i7-1355U has 10 cores and 12 threads running at up to 5.0 GHz with 12 MB of cache: it comfortably handles heavy office work and video calls.
How is this HP EliteBook 860 G10 charged?
Via USB-C, with the 65 W adapter supplied: the same connector handles charging, display and data, through either of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports. The long-life battery is rated at 51 Wh over three cells.
1.73 kg for a 16-inch business laptop: is it portable?
Yes, that is modest for this screen size: you gain a large 16:10 work screen without moving up to the bulk of a mobile workstation. The 65 W USB-C charger lightens your bag further, since it can also charge a phone.
Is this HP EliteBook 860 G10 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 3-year warranty, with the purchase invoice serving as the warranty document. It comes with Windows 11 Pro and a Wi-Fi 6E card able to use the 6 GHz band.
