Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you add memory to this HP EliteBook 860 G11?
Yes, without removing anything. The 8 GB is fitted on a single module of DDR5-5600, in a chassis with two SO-DIMM slots that accepts up to 64 GB. A second module therefore complements the one already installed and enables dual-channel mode.
What battery life does this HP EliteBook 860 G11 offer?
Up to 19 hours 15 minutes, from a 56 Wh battery. That is a high figure, made possible by a U-series processor and a low-power 16-inch panel. Charging is via 65 W USB-C.
Does the keyboard on this HP EliteBook 860 G11 have a numeric keypad?
Yes, a backlit French AZERTY keyboard with a numeric keypad, specified as spill-resistant — so a spilled coffee is not necessarily fatal. It is the kind of detail that sets a business range apart from a consumer laptop.
Is the display on this HP EliteBook 860 G11 suitable for colour work?
Yes: the 16-inch IPS panel covers 100% of the sRGB colour space and reaches 400 nits, at 1920 × 1200 in the 16:10 format. It is anti-glare, so you can use it near a window without distracting reflections.
How do you unlock this HP EliteBook 860 G11?
In two ways: with the fingerprint sensor, or with your face via the infrared webcam, which is Windows Hello compatible. Two complementary methods, useful when you open and close the laptop several times a day.
How good is the Core Ultra 7 155U in this HP EliteBook 860 G11?
The U suffix denotes Intel's low-power line, chosen for battery life and quiet operation. It offers 12 cores with a built-in AI accelerator that handles background blur and noise reduction during video calls locally.
What ports does this HP EliteBook 860 G11 have?
Two Thunderbolt 4 ports at 40 Gbps combining charging and DisplayPort, two USB-A ports at 5 Gbps — one of which charges an external device —, an HDMI 2.1 output and a combined headphone/microphone jack. The HDMI cable is not included.
Is the 256 GB SSD in this HP EliteBook 860 G11 enough?
For an office workstation, yes: the system and work software fit comfortably. If you store photos, videos or virtual machines, however, plan for an external drive or cloud storage — it is the most limited capacity in this configuration.
Is this HP EliteBook 860 G11 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 3-year warranty, with the purchase invoice serving as the warranty document. It weighs 1.72 kg for a 16-inch laptop, and has a Wi-Fi 6E card that can use the 6 GHz band.
