A USB-A wireless receiver, ready to use out of the box: plug it into the computer and the headset is recognised. Your smartphone connects alongside over Bluetooth 5.2, with both links active at the same time.
What is this headset's real battery life with ANC on?
15 h of talk time and 21 h of music with active noise cancellation, compared with 20 h and 32 h without it. Go by the lower figures: they reflect how a workstation is really used.
How many microphones does the Evolve2 65 Flex have?
Six MEMS microphones, driven by Jabra ClearVoice technology so that only your voice is transmitted. The mic boom itself is foldable and flips up to mute the microphone.
Why is this headset called “Flex”?
Because its headband folds flat on hinges: the headset takes up noticeably less room in a bag, and a carrying case is included. It weighs 136 g.
How long does the battery take to recharge?
2 hours for a full charge, via the headset's USB port. The headset also supports wireless charging if you have a compatible induction charger.
Can you stay connected to your computer and your phone at the same time?
Yes, that is its dual connectivity: the computer through the USB-A receiver, the smartphone over direct Bluetooth, at the same time, with a stated range of 30 m.
How does this headset shut out ambient noise?
With hybrid active noise cancellation, complemented by Air Comfort technology: perforated foam in the headband and memory foam ear cups that swivel to follow your head movements.
Can the busylight be seen from behind?
Yes, it is visible through 360°: colleagues can tell from a distance, even from behind, that you are on a call. It is the feature that heads off interruptions before they happen.
Is this headset also suitable for listening to music?
Its speakers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz at a maximum input power of 30 mW, and the headset is rated for 32 hours of listening without ANC. So it is not limited to voices in meetings.
Which meeting platforms is it certified for?
Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. The busylight and muting by raising the mic boom work whichever platform you use.
Is this Evolve2 65 Flex new and under warranty?
