Does this Voyager 4310 kit include the charging base?
Yes, it comes with its BT700 USB-C dongle and its charging base that sits on the desk: you put the headset down between calls and it recharges with no cable.
Do you need to pair the headset with the computer?
No, the USB-C dongle is pre-paired: plug it in and the computer connects instantly. The smartphone connects in parallel, directly via Bluetooth.
How much freedom of movement does this headset give you?
Up to 50 m of wireless range: you stay on the line while crossing the office floor or going to the printer. That is the major practical difference from a wired headset.
What can you do when the battery runs low in the middle of the day?
Two options: put the headset back on its charging base during a break, or switch to USB wired mode to continue the call while the battery recharges.
