Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this Voyager 4310-M certified for Microsoft Teams?
Yes, at Poly the -M suffix designates the Microsoft Teams certified variant: the headset's call controls are validated for the Teams client. The kit includes the BT700 dongle and the charging base.
Do you need to pair the headset with the computer?
No, the USB-C dongle is pre-paired: plug it in and the connection is instant. The smartphone connects in parallel, directly via Bluetooth.
How much freedom of movement does this headset give you?
Up to 50 m of wireless range: enough to cross an office floor or go to the printer without leaving the call. The headset is rated for 24 hours of talk time.
What can you do when the battery runs low in the middle of the day?
Put the headset back on its charging base during a break, or switch to USB wired mode to continue the call while the battery recharges.
Does the ear cup on this mono model enclose the ear?
Yes, the ear cushion is over-ear: it surrounds the ear instead of pressing on it, which isolates better while leaving the other ear free. The headset weighs 55 g.
What does Acoustic Fence technology bring to the boom?
It eliminates background noise around the microphone: sound pickup focuses on your voice and leaves out the bustle of the office floor, for clear, controlled conversations.
Is this POLY Voyager 4310-M new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Poly packaging, BT700 dongle and charging base included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this model, the 77Y97AA.
