Frequently asked questions about this product
Do the ear cups of this Voyager 4320 enclose the ear?
Yes, its ear cushions are over-ear: they surround the ear instead of pressing on it, which isolates you better from noise and helps you concentrate on a busy office floor.
How many microphones does this headset's boom carry?
Two, combined with Acoustic Fence technology: they reduce background noise so that the person you are talking to hears a clear conversation rather than the office ambience.
Is this Voyager 4320 certified for Microsoft Teams?
Yes, model 77Z30AA is the Microsoft Teams certified version, supplied with its pre-paired BT700 USB-C dongle: plug it in and the computer recognises the headset instantly.
How much freedom of movement does this headset give you?
Up to 50 m of wireless range, with 24 hours of announced talk time. The smartphone connects in parallel, directly via Bluetooth.
What can you do if the battery runs low in the middle of the day?
The headset switches to USB wired mode: the conversation continues over the USB connection instead of the wireless link, which extends use without interrupting the call in progress.
Does the headset protect your hearing on a call centre floor?
Yes, through SoundGuard DIGITAL technology, which regulates the incoming sound level and cuts out unexpected acoustic shocks. Its drivers measure 3.2 cm.
Is this POLY Voyager 4320 Teams new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Poly packaging, BT700 dongle included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this model, the 77Z30AA.
