1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How much rack height does the SRV15KRILRK take up?
9U, i.e. 393 mm high, 438 mm wide and 690 mm deep. It is a very long chassis: check the usable depth of the cabinet and the rear clearance for cables before ordering.
Does this 15 kVA UPS really deliver 15,000 W?
Yes: the stated output power is 15,000 W for 15 kVA, i.e. a power factor of 1. All the apparent power is available in watts, which is not the case with entry-level UPSs, where the gap reaches 40%.
What input voltage range does the SRV15KRILRK accept?
From 110 to 300 V, at a frequency of 40 to 70 Hz. That is a very wide window: on a grid that drops out regularly, the UPS keeps regenerating power instead of drawing on its batteries.
Is the output a sine wave?
Yes, the waveform is a sine wave, with a crest factor of 3:1 and an output held at 230 V at 50 or 60 Hz. In double conversion, this signal is rebuilt continuously, regardless of the quality of the input supply.
How much heat and noise should be expected in the room?
2,503 BTU per hour of heat dissipation and a noise level of 65 dB. At that level, the unit belongs in a technical room or a server room: it does not go in a work area.
How is it connected, and how is it monitored?
It is connected via a terminal block — fixed wiring to be done by an electrician; there is no plug to connect. For monitoring, the UPS has a USB port to communicate with a server and trigger a clean shutdown.
What batteries does the SRV15KRILRK use?
Sealed VRLA lead-acid batteries at 120 V, maintenance-free. They are the wear part of the installation: they are what gets replaced after a few years, not the UPS.
Is the Schneider SRV15KRILRK new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. Its surge protector absorbs 600 joules and its IP20 rating restricts it to a clean, dry room, with no protection against splashing water or fine dust.
