1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the SRT2200RMXLI-NC be managed remotely over the network?
Yes, it has a built-in network card: monitoring and control are carried out from the company network, with no accessory to add. In a server room, this is what lets you be alerted to an outage without having to walk over to the rack.
How many outlets, and of which types, does this model have?
Eight C13 outlets, the type used by computer and server power cords, and two heavy-duty 16 A C19 outlets for high-current equipment. Make sure you have IEC cords: there are no household sockets.
Why do 2200 VA only give 1980 W?
Because the power factor is 0.9: 1980 W are actually available. It is this figure in watts that must be compared with the combined consumption of your servers and network equipment, never the VA shown in the product name.
What does double conversion bring to a rack UPS?
The power is continuously regenerated: your servers are never connected directly to the mains, and there is zero transfer time when an outage occurs. Outages, surges, fluctuations and interference are filtered out continuously.
Where should the SRT2200RMXLI-NC be installed?
In a server rack or a technical room: the chassis is designed for rack mounting and cooling is fan-assisted. It is not a workstation UPS, and it does not belong next to a desk occupied all day long.
Does the UPS regulate the input voltage?
Yes, automatic input voltage regulation is one of its functions — it is inherent to double conversion, which rebuilds the output voltage whatever the mains voltage.
Is the APC Smart-UPS SRT SRT2200RMXLI-NC new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. It is a model designed for business servers and network equipment, with ten output outlets and network monitoring already in place.
