3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the SRT2200XLI plug into an ordinary wall socket?
Yes, and that is what sets it apart from UPSs of comparable power: it comes with a 2.44 m detachable power cord suited to the country, and accepts C20, Schuko CEE 7 or British connections. No electrician is needed to put it into service.
How long does the SRT2200XLI run on battery?
11 minutes at 50% load, i.e. 990 W, and 7 minutes at 70%, i.e. 1,386 W. A full recharge takes 3 hours, and the runtime can be extended with additional battery modules.
Are all the SRT2200XLI's outlets powered by the battery?
Yes, all twelve: eight C13 outlets, two heavy-duty C19 outlets and two IEC jumpers, all on battery backup. No output is restricted to surge protection only.
Why do 2200 VA give 1980 W on this model?
Its 0.9 power factor turns almost all of the apparent power into watts: 2200 × 0.9 = 1980 W. A desktop UPS at 0.6 would offer only 1320 for the same advertised power — UPSs are always sized in watts, never in VA.
What input voltage does the SRT2200XLI handle?
160 to 275 V in normal operation, with a possible setting of up to 100-275 V at half load. The frequency is auto-sensed between 40 and 70 Hz, which allows it to be used behind an irregular power source.
How much floor space does the SRT2200XLI take up?
Only 8.5 cm wide, for a height of 43.2 cm and a depth of 58.4 cm, and 25 kg. Removable feet are supplied: the unit stands upright on its own, provided you leave room for its depth.
Can the UPS be serviced without shutting down the servers?
Yes, through its automatic and manual internal bypass: the automatic bypass takes over in the event of an internal fault, while the manual one allows a deliberate transfer to direct mains power. An emergency power off switch is also provided.
Is the SRT2200XLI's output a sine wave?
Yes, the output waveform is a sine wave, continuously regenerated by double conversion and synchronised with the mains at 50-60 Hz ± 3 Hz. This is what the power-factor-corrected power supplies of servers require.
How can the SRT2200XLI be monitored and the machines shut down automatically?
Through the USB port or the RJ-45 serial port, with the supplied software CD, and through a SmartSlot intended for a network management card — which is not included and must be ordered separately.
Which battery does the SRT2200XLI use, and how is it replaced?
A sealed, maintenance-free lead-acid battery with suspended electrolyte, pre-installed, whose replacement reference is APCRBC141. It recharges in 3 hours once the outage is over.
Where should the SRT2200XLI be installed, and what does its display show?
It is rated at less than 55 dBA: it is a fan-cooled unit, preferably placed in a technical room. Its multifunction LCD console displays the status, load, battery level and remaining runtime, with alarms graded by severity.
Is the APC Smart-UPS SRT SRT2200XLI new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document, for a period of 3 years. The box contains the UPS, its detachable power cord, the removable feet, a USB cable, the software CD, the documentation CD and the installation guide; the datasheet details the rest.
