How long does the SRV10KI run on battery?
9 minutes at 50% load, i.e. 5,000 W, and 5 minutes at 70%, i.e. 7,000 W. On infrastructure of this size, these minutes are less for carrying on working than for switching over to a generator or starting an orderly shutdown.
Why does this 10 kVA unit really deliver 10 kW?
Because its power factor is 1: all of the apparent power is available in watts. Compare these 10,000 W with the combined consumption of your racks, your storage and your switches — it is the only value that determines what the UPS can support.
Does the SRV10KI connect to outlets or to a terminal block?
To a 3-wire terminal block (phase, neutral, earth): the unit has no outlets. The connection is fixed wiring to be installed by an electrician, with a dedicated circuit sized for 10 kVA.
How much floor space does the SRV10KI really take up?

What is the quality of the power delivered by the SRV10KI?
A sine wave with 1% harmonic distortion and a crest factor of 3:1, synchronised with the mains at 50/60 Hz ± 3 Hz. In double conversion, this quality does not depend on the quality of the incoming mains.
What input voltage does the UPS accept before drawing on the battery?
176 to 300 V at full load, and 110 to 300 V at half load: the tolerance narrows as the load increases. The frequency is accepted from 40 to 70 Hz, which leaves some margin behind a generator.
Can the UPS be serviced without cutting the power?
Yes, an automatic and manual internal bypass keeps the equipment powered: the automatic bypass in the event of an internal fault, the manual one for scheduled maintenance. Conversely, an emergency power off button lets you shut everything down in one go.
What efficiency, and how much noise in the technical room?
94% at full load and a noise level of 58 dB. At this power, the unit is permanently fan-cooled: it belongs in a technical room, and its heat output must be included in the air-conditioning calculation.
Which cables and ports are provided to manage the SRV10KI?
