What real range can you expect inside a building?
Two figures for two situations: 137 m in open space and 40 m inside a building. The second is the one to go by on a partitioned office floor — walls cut the range by more than two thirds.
Is the charging kit included with this Savi 8210?
Yes: the charging stand and a USB-A to USB-C cable come with the headset. A full recharge takes 3 hours, for 13 hours of talk time.
Why only one earpiece on this model?
Because it keeps one ear on your surroundings: it is the call-centre format, where you need to hear your team while handling your calls. The ear cushion is on-ear, resting on the ear.
115 g: is it bearable from morning to evening?
That is the stated weight for this mono headset, which Poly explicitly intends for business calls from morning to evening. Only one earpiece rests on the head, and the headband carries correspondingly less.
Does the microphone filter out floor chatter?
Yes, the boom is noise-cancelling: it filters out background chatter so that only your voice is heard. The link, for its part, is radio-based and dedicated to voice, separate from Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Is this POLY Savi 8210 with charging kit new and under warranty?
