Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you change the memory in this Asus Vivobook 15 X1504VA?
Yes. The 16 GB of DDR4 sits on a removable SO-DIMM module, rather than being soldered to the motherboard as on many current ultraportables. The memory can therefore be replaced whenever your needs call for it, which extends the useful life of the machine.
Is the screen on this Asus Vivobook 15 a touchscreen?
No, the 15.6-inch panel is not touch-enabled: you navigate with the keyboard and the precision touchpad. It displays Full HD at 250 nits, with low blue light certification and flicker-free backlighting for long sessions.
How does this Asus Vivobook 15 charge, and how long does it take?
Through its dedicated power jack, with the supplied 45 W adapter: fast charging brings the battery up to 60% in 49 minutes. The battery is a 3-cell 42 Wh unit, a common format on 15-inch office laptops.
Can you sign in with your face or fingerprint on this Vivobook 15?
No, this configuration has no biometric recognition: you sign in with a PIN or a password. The 720p webcam, however, is protected by a physical shutter that you slide over the lens.
How good is this Asus Vivobook 15’s Core i7-1355U?
The U suffix denotes Intel’s low-power variant, chosen for battery life and quiet running. This i7-1355U has 10 cores and 12 threads running at up to 5.0 GHz, with 12 MB of cache: enough to run an office suite, a video call and plenty of browser tabs at the same time.
What ports does this Asus Vivobook 15 X1504VA have?
Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 USB-A ports at 5 Gbps, one USB-C port at 5 Gbps, an HDMI output, a headphone/microphone combo jack and the power input. A third USB-A port remains USB 2.0, capped at 480 Mbps: keep it for the keyboard or mouse, not an external drive.
Does this Asus Vivobook 15’s keyboard have a numeric keypad?
Yes, the French AZERTY keyboard includes a numeric keypad with shortcuts for the calculator and the CE and +/− functions. The keys have a 19.05 mm pitch, the same as a desktop keyboard: typing requires no adjustment.
How effective is the antimicrobial coating on this Asus Vivobook 15?
The most frequently touched areas are treated with a silver-ion coating, tested to ISO 21702 and ISO 22196 standards: it inhibits more than 99% of enveloped viruses and bacteria over 24 hours, and its effect is stated to last at least 3 years. Useful on a shared computer.
Does this Asus Vivobook 15’s screen open fully flat?
Yes, the hinge opens to 180 degrees: the screen lies flat on the table so you can show a document to someone sitting opposite without turning the machine round. It also reduces strain on the hinge when you open the laptop with one hand.
Can this Asus Vivobook 15 withstand the rigours of travel?
It is stated to comply with the MIL-STD-810H military standard, i.e. 12 test methods and 26 test procedures covering shocks, vibration, humidity, dust and temperature extremes. That is a sign of reliability for a machine that moves between the office and home.
At 1.70 kg for 15.6 inches, is it portable enough for everyday use?
Yes. 1.70 kg for 359.7 × 232.5 mm and 17.9 mm thick: the laptop slips into a backpack without stretching it out of shape. The 45 W charger is one of the lightest for this screen size, which lightens the load you carry accordingly.
Is this Asus Vivobook 15 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 1-year warranty for which the purchase invoice serves as the warranty document. It comes with Windows 11 Home installed and a 1 TB SSD in M.2 NVMe format: enough to keep years of documents and photos without an external drive.
