1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is Windows already installed on this Vivobook?
Yes, Windows 11 Home is preinstalled and activated. A one-month Microsoft 365 trial and 30 days of McAfee are offered at first start-up; neither is mandatory.
Can the RAM be upgraded?
Partly. Of the 16 GB supplied, 8 GB is soldered to the motherboard and 8 GB occupies the single DDR4 SO-DIMM slot. Replacing this module with a 16 or 32 GB module therefore increases the total.
How does it differ from the Core i5 version of the same model?
The i7-13620H brings two more cores (10 versus 8), 300 MHz of extra clock speed and above all a 1 TB SSD instead of 512 GB. Screen, chassis, memory and connectivity are identical.
Does the webcam protect your privacy?
Yes. The 720p HD camera is fitted with a mechanical shutter built into the screen bezel: a simple gesture covers the lens, and no software can then record. It is physical protection, independent of the operating system and of Windows privacy settings.
Does the screen strain your eyes during extended use?
The 15.6-inch Full HD panel has an anti-glare coating and carries TÜV Rheinland certification for blue light reduction. Its 250-nit brightness is suited to indoor use.
How good is the connectivity for connecting an external display?
The machine has an HDMI port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port and USB Type-A ports. Note: this model does not charge via USB-C — the 65 W charger supplied is still required.
