This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to buy a charger in addition to the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo?
Yes, a 30 W USB-C power adapter: only the charging cable is in the box. If you already own an iPhone or iPad charger with this output, it will do the job. This is the point to check before unboxing the machine.
Is an iPhone chip enough to run a Mac?
That is the bet behind this model: the A18 Pro chip, the one in the iPhone Pro, with a 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine. It is aimed at office work, the web, video and Apple Intelligence, with minimal power consumption. Heavy video editing remains the territory of M-series chips.
What do the 8 GB of unified memory in the MacBook Neo Indigo mean?
A single pool of 8 GB shared between the CPU, the graphics and the Neural Engine, without copying data from one to another — hence greater efficiency than conventional RAM of the same size. This capacity is set at the factory, so it has to be chosen at purchase.
What battery life is claimed for the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo?
Up to 18 hours of video playback — that is the figure measured by Apple, to be distinguished from a real working day, where browsing and video calls use more power. Charging is via USB-C, and the machine supports fast charging.
How many ports does the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo have?
Two USB-C ports to the USB 3.2 standard and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Both ports handle charging, data and an external display interchangeably. Allow for an adapter for a rectangular USB flash drive, an HDMI projector or a memory card.
Can the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo be unlocked with a fingerprint?
Yes, thanks to Touch ID, built into a key of the Magic Keyboard: resting a finger on it opens your session, approves a purchase or unlocks a saved password. The keyboard is French AZERTY and backlit, with a Force Touch trackpad that responds to Multi-Touch gestures.
Is the display on the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo readable in daylight?
It reaches 500 nits, well above the 250 to 300 nits of an entry-level laptop. It is a 13.3-inch Liquid Retina display at 2560 × 1664, covering the P3 colour gamut with one billion colours, and featuring True Tone, which adapts the whites to the ambient lighting.
Is the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo good for video calls?
It combines a 1080p FaceTime HD camera with Center Stage, which automatically re-centres the framing when you move, four speakers with spatial audio and three studio-quality mics. That is an unusual set-up for a 13-inch chassis.
Is the MacBook Neo 13-inch Indigo light to carry?
1.29 kg for 30.1 × 21.2 cm and 1.15 cm thick, in a recycled aluminium chassis in the Indigo colour. It fits in any 13-inch laptop bag; with no power adapter in the box, your bag is lighter still, provided you already own one.
