1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long does the Marshall Major V last on a charge?
Over 100 hours of wireless playback, or several days of daily use. A full charge takes 3 hours, and 15 minutes on charge gives 15 hours — enough to get going again without waiting.
Does the Major V charge without a cable?
Yes, it supports wireless charging: placed on an induction pad, it charges without plugging anything in. This is rare on headphones, and it saves hunting for a cable when the battery runs low.
What is the M button on the Marshall Major V for?
It is a customisable control: you assign it the function you use most, and it becomes available at a single press. Customisation is done in the Marshall Bluetooth app, which also gives access to the equaliser.
What does on-ear mean for the comfort of the Major V?
That the cushions rest on the ear instead of surrounding it. The headphones stay compact and light — 186 g — which also explains their foldable design. On the other hand, the ear is not enclosed: passive isolation remains moderate.
Does the Major V actively cancel transport noise?
No, this model has no active noise cancellation. It focuses on battery life and the brand's sound signature rather than electronic isolation: on a bus, some of the background noise remains audible.
Can you stay connected to two devices at once?
Yes, the Major V's Bluetooth 5.3 supports multipoint: your computer and phone stay paired at the same time. Supported codecs are SBC, AAC and LC3, the latter coming from Bluetooth LE Audio.
Can you use the Major V wired?
Yes, it accepts a 3.5 mm jack connection in addition to Bluetooth: the specifications list “Bluetooth + wired” connectivity. Useful for a device without wireless, a console or an in-car audio system.
How good are the Major V's 40 mm drivers?
They are 40 mm dynamic drivers covering 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the full range of normal hearing. A diaphragm this size moves enough air to hold deep bass without the mids fading.
Are the Marshall Major V headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
