How much power does the JBL Xtreme 3 deliver on mains power?
2 x 25 W RMS for the woofers and 2 x 25 W RMS for the tweeters in AC power mode, over a range of 53.5 Hz to 20 kHz. Four drivers and two passive bass radiators make up the system.
How long does the Xtreme 3 play and how is it charged?
Up to 15 hours depending on the volume, on a 36.3 Wh battery (7.26 V / 5,000 mAh). A full charge takes 4 hours at 20 V / 3 A, with the supplied adapter — a specific power brick, to be kept with the speaker.
Can the JBL Xtreme 3 charge two devices?
Yes: a USB-A output (5 V / 2 A maximum) and a USB-C output (5 V / 1.5 A maximum) sit side by side, for a total of 2.5 A shared between the two. Enough to top up a phone and a pair of earbuds at the same time.
What does the Xtreme 3's IP67 rating cover?
The 6 stands for complete protection against dust, and therefore sand, and the 7 for temporary immersion. Rain, splashes or a dip in the water will not stop it.
Does the Xtreme 3's strap have a special feature?
Yes: it has a built-in bottle opener. A detail that says a lot about its intended use — a speaker you take to the poolside or on a picnic, rather than a living-room ornament.
Can two phones stay connected to the Xtreme 3?
Yes, two devices stay paired at the same time and take turns in control. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.1, and a 3.5 mm jack input accepts a wired source.
Can you connect several JBL speakers to the Xtreme 3?
Yes, with PartyBoost: two compatible speakers pair in stereo, or several can be chained to cover a larger space. The speaker measures 298.5 x 136 x 134 mm and weighs 1.97 kg.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
