1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to drill into a wall to set up the Multipurpose Room Bundle?
No: the ORAY BYRON 2 screen stands on its tripod, with no fixing or drilling. It adjusts in height, unfolds in a few seconds and folds away to be taken elsewhere. That is the difference from a wall screen: the room does not need to be equipped beforehand.
What does the Multipurpose Room Bundle include?
The Epson CO-W01 projector (reference V11HA86040) and the ORAY BYRON 2 tripod screen, 200 × 200 cm (reference TRE02B1200200). The two are matched to work together, with no extra accessory to plan for to start a session.
How much does the whole set weigh when carried from one room to another?
2.4 kg for the projector and 10.25 kg for the screen and its tripod. The fabric rewinds via a spring-loaded tension handle, the tripod folds and everything stows in its black lacquered steel case: one person can move it.
What image area do you get with this 200 × 200 cm screen?
Two metres of usable fabric width, in a square 1:1 format: you pull down the height needed for the projected format and the WXGA 16:10 image fills the full width. The fabric is matte white with a white back, M1-rated, flat and uniform, and holds up to the wide viewing angles of a training room.
Is the bundle's projector quiet during a session?
38 dB(A) in normal mode, 29 dB(A) in eco mode. Eco mode brings the brightness down from 3,000 to 2,000 lumens but makes the projector noticeably quieter — a good compromise in a room where the projector sits in the middle of the participants.
Is the zoom on the CO-W01 projector optical or digital?
Digital, with a factor of 1 to 1.35. The image size is therefore set first by the distance: from 0.9 m to 10.4 m depending on the target size, with a throw ratio ranging from 1.27 to 1.71:1. To fill the two metres of the screen, allow about 2.50 m to 3.40 m of throw distance.
Can a laptop and a USB flash drive be connected to this bundle?
Yes. The HDMI input takes a laptop, a streaming device or a set-top box, and the USB-A port powers a media stick. The second USB port, a Type-B, is reserved for maintenance. The 5 W speaker means you do not need to add a speaker to get started.
Does the image stay correct if the projector is placed at an angle?
Yes, keystone correction covers ± 30° vertically and horizontally. Combined with the height-adjustable tripod, it lets you set up a straight image in a few minutes in a room that was not designed for projection.
Is this projection bundle new and under warranty?
Yes, both items are new, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for the whole bundle. The projector's 188 W UHE lamp is rated for 6,000 hours, and up to 12,000 hours in eco mode: everyday use calls for no consumables for a long time.
