Is the cable on these headphones replaceable?
Yes, it is detachable and measures 150 cm: you can replace it freely if it wears out, without changing headphones. It is the part that wears first on a wired model.
Can you take a call without removing the headphones?
Yes: a microphone and a button are located on the cable. One press answers, another hangs up — no need to take out your phone or remove the headphones to talk.
What are the 180° swivelling ear cups for?
To free one ear without taking the headphones off: you move one ear cup aside for a quick exchange, then put it back. It also lets you lay the headphones flat, against you or in a bag.
Do these headphones cover the ear completely?
Yes, they are closed-back over-ear: the cushions enclose the outer ear and keep part of the surrounding noise at bay. The pressure rests around the ear, not on the ear itself.
Are these headphones comfortable for long listening sessions?
They weigh 171 g and their headband is self-adjusting: it adapts by itself to the size of your head, with no notches. It is this fit that determines real comfort after an hour.
Do you need a battery to use these headphones?
No: the 3.5 mm jack connection is all it takes, with no battery or pairing. The 40 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz and are happy with an ordinary headphone output.
