3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the Tandem OLED screen bring?
Deep blacks and a resolution of 2880 × 1800. The 14-inch OLED panel is touch-enabled, HDR-compatible, reaches 400 cd/m² and is covered with Gorilla Glass. Each pixel switches off individually, giving a contrast no IPS panel can match, for presentations, photos and videos.
Is Windows installed?
No. The machine ships with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, a long-term support version of Linux. This suits businesses that work on Linux or deploy their own system image. For a Windows workstation, a Windows 11 Pro licence can be added to the order and is installed in place of Ubuntu.
Is the keyboard AZERTY?
Yes. The keyboard is French AZERTY, with mini-LED backlighting designed to save battery and a Copilot key. Accents and punctuation are in their usual place, with no stickers or layout settings to change after delivery.
How much does it weigh?
From 1.14 kg according to Dell, the exact weight varying with the configuration. The chassis measures 311.2 × 216.7 mm and is approximately 16.4 to 17 mm thick. Its 60 Wh battery and OLED screen make it a premium travel companion.
What wireless connectivity does it offer?
Wi-Fi 7. The Intel BE201 card follows the 802.11be standard, the most recent one, and also handles Bluetooth 5.4. On the wired side, two Thunderbolt 4 ports at 40 Gbps, a 5 Gbps USB-A port with device charging (PowerShare) and an HDMI 2.1 port let you connect monitors and accessories.
