Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you add memory to this 32 GB Dell Pro 13 Premium?
No. The 32 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 is built in and non-expandable: the configuration you buy is final. This is inherent to this platform, where the memory sits as close as possible to the processor — hence the gain in battery life and the slim chassis.
Is the touchscreen of this Dell Pro 13 Premium protected?
Yes, by Gorilla Glass Victus — the toughest generation of this type of glass. The 13.3-inch IPS panel displays 2560 × 1600, reaches 500 nits, covers 100% of sRGB and is anti-glare.
What battery life does this 32 GB Dell Pro 13 Premium offer?
Up to 20 hours, from a 4-cell battery. ExpressCharge fast charging brings the battery back up to 80% in 60 minutes — enough to set off again with a full day of battery life after a lunch break plugged in.
How do you unlock this 32 GB Dell Pro 13 Premium?
With your face: the camera is an 8 MP infrared camera with HDR, compatible with Windows facial recognition, even against the light. A physical shutter covers it when it is not in use.
1.07 kg for a 13-inch business laptop: what is the trade-off?
Mainly the built-in memory. The chassis is made of 90% recycled magnesium, a metal lighter than aluminium with comparable rigidity, and the laptop features a 500-nit touchscreen protected by toughened glass.
How good is the Core Ultra 7 268V in this Dell Pro 13 Premium?
It is a V-series chip, designed for battery life, with a built-in AI accelerator and Intel Arc 140V graphics. It carries the vPro platform, designed for remote management of workstations in businesses.
What ports does this 32 GB Dell Pro 13 Premium have?
Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, which combine charging, display and data, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, an HDMI 2.1 output and a combo headphone/microphone jack. Keeping a rectangular port means no adapter is needed for a standard USB flash drive.
Is the keyboard of this 32 GB Dell Pro 13 Premium backlit?
Yes, with mini-LED backlighting and a dedicated Copilot key for the Windows assistant. Mini-LED uses less power than conventional backlighting, which contributes to the stated battery life.
Is this 32 GB Dell Pro 13 Premium new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 3-year warranty — the level expected on a business range — with the purchase invoice serving as the warranty document. It comes with Windows 11 Pro, a 512 GB SSD and Wi-Fi 7.
