Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is in the box of this Evolve2 85 UC?
The headset, the pre-paired USB-A receiver, a 3.5 mm audio jack cable, a USB cable, a carrying case and an airplane adapter — the accessory that lets you use the headset with in-flight audio sockets.
What is the stated battery life of the Evolve2 85 UC?
Up to 37 hours, which Jabra presents as enough to cover the working week. A charging base comes with the headset for the unexpected.
Do the ear cups surround the ear on this model?
Yes, the Evolve2 85 is over-ear: its memory foam, faux leather ear cushions enclose the ear instead of pressing on it. It is this shape, combined with ANC, that lets you shut out an open-plan office.
Can you use it wired when the battery is flat?
Yes, in two ways: the USB cable and the 3.5 mm jack cable, both included. It is the fallback that many professional wireless headsets lack.
How many microphones does this headset have?
Ten, used by Jabra's technology for clear calls. The mic boom is discreet and flips up to mute — a gesture the people around you can see.
How does the headset connect to the computer and the mobile phone?
Through a pre-paired USB-A Bluetooth adapter on the computer side and a direct link on the smartphone side: two devices stay connected at the same time, up to 30 m away.
Is this headset also suitable for listening to music?
Its 40 mm speakers and the AAC codec point that way — AAC is the codec used by Apple devices and most music services. The supplied airplane adapter confirms it is made for travel too.
At 286 g, how is the weight distributed?
It is the weight of a premium over-ear headset: the contact area is larger than on an on-ear model, and the memory foam ear cushions spread the load around the ear rather than onto it.
How does this headset protect your hearing?
With PeakStop against unexpected acoustic shocks and Jabra SafeTone, which keeps average sound exposure in check. The busylight, visible from every angle, protects you from interruptions.
Is this Evolve2 85 UC new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its Jabra packaging, with the charging base and case included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year. This is the UC variant, optimised for all meeting platforms.
