Are these earbuds certified for Microsoft Teams?

Yes, and for Zoom as well. This certification, which is not granted to every pair of earbuds, covers audio quality as much as the user experience — notably meeting controls from the earbud.

What is the supplied USB adapter for?

It comes pre-paired and replaces the PC's Bluetooth with a dedicated link: the connection is more stable and the stated range reaches 20 m. You can therefore move away from your computer — to fetch a coffee — without dropping the call in progress.

How long do they last with noise cancellation on?

Up to 8 h of music with ANC on, 10 h with it off, and 33 h in total with the case. On calls, count on 5 h with the earbuds alone — the microphone and voice processing use more power.

What if the battery runs out just before a meeting?

5 minutes of charging gives you more than an hour of listening. Another workaround: mono mode lets you use just one earbud while the other charges in the case, which avoids any interruption over a long day of calls.

Does the case charge wirelessly?
